Construction and renovation debris removal for contractors

Debris off site so the trades keep moving.

Haul Hounds hauls renovation and demolition debris off job sites across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley — cabinets, flooring, drywall offcuts, fixtures, framing and demo material. Send photos of the pile and you get an Estimated Price Range without waiting for a site visit.

Pickups can be scheduled at stages through a project instead of parking a bin in the driveway for weeks. Labour, loading and disposal fees are included in the load price. Heavy materials such as concrete, brick, tile, dirt and roofing are quoted by weight, because the transfer station charges those by the tonne.

Know the range before we come. Know the exact price before we lift.

What we clear for contractors

  • Renovation debris

Cabinets, counters, flooring, trim, fixtures and packaging.

  • Demolition material

Tear-out debris cleared between phases of the work.

  • Site tidy-ups

End-of-stage clean-ups before the next trade starts.

  • Deck and fence tear-outs

Old lumber, panels and hardware removed from the yard.

Labour, loading and disposal fees are included in the load price. See what we take and what we cannot.

What we plan around

  • Repeat pickups can be scheduled through a longer project so debris never blocks the work.
  • Tell us if the load is heavy material and we quote it by weight up front rather than adjusting later.
  • We cannot take hazardous waste, asbestos-suspect material, fuels or solvents — those need a licensed handler.

Contractors FAQs

Is this cheaper than a bin rental?
It depends on the project. A bin makes sense when debris accumulates daily for weeks; a scheduled pickup is often better for a few defined stages, and it does not take up driveway or street space.
Can you come back at set points in the project?
Yes. Repeat pickups can be scheduled around your trades calendar, arranged directly with us.
